Minor repairs are small jobs a technician can finish during the visit. Bigger work is quoted separately at a fixed price.
Ladder work is capped at 10 feet. We don't do roofing, main panel work, refrigerant service, or hazardous crawlspaces — we'll refer a licensed pro.
Unused visits don't roll over or convert to credit.
