Replace air filters, test thermostat calibration, check condensate drain lines.

Plumbing

Clean faucet aerators, dye-test toilets, inspect supply lines, disposal seals and water heater base.

Electrical & Safety

Test smoke and CO detectors, swap batteries, trip and reset GFCI outlets, check panel exterior.

Doors & Windows

Check weatherstripping, test latches and deadbolts, lubricate hinges and garage rollers.

Laundry

Clean lint trap housing, check dryer ducting, inspect washer hoses for bulging.

Exterior

Inspect splash blocks, test hose bibs for freeze damage, check the foundation perimeter.
